Charcuterie Sweet Coppa

The Sweet Coppa is made from a lean muscle of beef, carefully cured in a mixture of salt, sugar and black pepper. It is then cured for its proper period. At this point we coat the meat with our special Sweet Coppa seasoning then hang it to dry to achieve its ideal texture.
