¿HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Place your first order:
- Go to “Products” in our site
- Choose the products you want by clicking the pictures (you will find our different weights per pieces).
Remember to choose the correct quantity per weight selected and add to cart.
- Follow the steps required for each option:

Once you are finished, we will send to you the confirmation of your order by email.
* If you have a promo code, don't forget to validate it before ordering.
Shipping Zones
Delivery area and prices (Miami Dade & Broward)
To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped frozen. Your order will be packed in a box to maintain your items in good condition. Please note items may begin to thaw during transit. The price of our delivery service is optimized by distance.
Deliveries: We may offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 to Miami Dade & Hollywood depending on the distance. If you make your order before 8pm, you will receive your order the next business day.
(For orders below $150 there will be a shipping rate according to the zip code)
National shipping: Every region will receive rates of shipping.
Most of these orders will ship 2nd day air and will be fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt (We do not ship Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
So an order for California, that came in after our cut-off on Wednesday would have to wait until next Monday to ship.
Your order will be packaged in an insulated cooler with gel packs.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
We will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
Please check all addresses carefully. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee so please be sure to double-check addresses.
The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order with advance notice (same day before 8pm). We will do all that we can to honor your request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change it or cancel it.
¿WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT SAYS "SOLD OUT"?
We receive inventory every week. If an item is not available “Sold out” immediately, we will have it within a couple days. But you can do your order and when we have the product in stock we will send it to you.
Please select items that are currently in stock. Any items not in stock will be delivered as they become available. we do our best!

Monday - Thursday 9am- 5pm ; Friday 9 am - 2pm, Saturday & Sunday Close

¿HOW DO I DEFROST MY MEAT?
The best way to defrost your meat is in the refrigerator. It's best to plan ahead for slow, safe thawing in the refrigerator. Ground beef, stew meat, and steaks may defrost within 12 -16 hours. Once the raw beef defrosts, it will be safe in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days before cooking. During this time, if you decide not to use the beef, you can safely refreeze it without cooking it first.
¿PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?
If you have any problem with your order (product condition, defective or damaged packaging, non-delivery), contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. When calling us, be sure to have your order confirmation handy as it contains your order number, scheduled delivery date, and other important information that is specific to your order.
