📦 How Do I Place an Order?

Go to the "Products" section on our website.
Select the products you want by clicking on the pictures (you’ll see the available weights per piece).
Choose the correct quantity for the selected weight and add to cart.
Complete the checkout steps:
- Information
- Shipping
- Payment

Once finished, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order.
If you have a promo code, make sure to apply it before checking out.

🚚 Shipping Zones

📍 Local Delivery (Miami-Dade & Broward)

All orders are shipped frozen, in corrugated cardboard boxes boxes.
Items may partially thaw during transit.
Delivery fees are based on distance.
Free delivery on orders over $150 to Miami-Dade & Broward, depending on your zip code.
Orders under $150 will incur a shipping rate based on location.

🌎 National Shipping

National orders are packed frozen with insulation and gel packs.
Orders will only be shipped if they are expected to arrive within the same week they are sent, in accordance with UPS delivery times. If you have any questions please Whatsapp us ‭(786) 548-2935‬
For example, Ground Shipping (3 days) is only shipped on Mondays to ensure freshness.
- Orders placed from Tuesday for long-distance shipping will be held and shipped the following Monday to ensure freshness — unless the customer selects Next Day or 2-Day Shipping at checkout.

🔁 Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refused deliveries or attempts to return shipments are non-refundable.
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot guarantee shipments to incorrect addresses.
In case of incorrect delivery information, the customer is responsible for placing a new order.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled with advance notice—same day before 8:00 PM.
If the shipping process has already begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

❗ "Sold Out" Products

If a product is marked as "Sold Out", it typically means we’re temporarily out of stock.
We receive inventory weekly, so you may still place your order — we’ll ship it as soon as it becomes available.

Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Deliveries: Monday to Friday

❄️ How to Defrost Your Meat

For best results, defrost meat in the refrigerator.

Steaks, ground beef, and stew meat usually defrost in 12–16 hours.
Once defrosted, meat can stay in the fridge 3–5 days before cooking.
You can refreeze raw beef during this time if it remains uncooked.

If there’s an issue (product quality, damage, or non-delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Have your order confirmation ready—it contains your order number and delivery details.
