Orders are frozen at peak quality, packed with insulation, and delivered to arrive in excellent condition.
Local Delivery
Orders placed before 10:30 AM are often eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 10:30 AM are typically scheduled for the next business day. If you need same-day delivery after the cutoff, please contact our team. Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange an expedited delivery, which could involve an additional charge through Uber or another courier service.
Pickup orders can be prepared within one hour. Please contact our team after placing your order to coordinate pickup and confirm when it will be ready.
Nationwide Shipping
UPS Ground orders are generally shipped on Mondays to ensure products arrive in optimal condition.
If you select UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, please contact our team after placing your order so we can coordinate the best possible shipping date.
UPS Shipping Delays & Perishable Products Policy
All orders are carefully packed and shipped with the appropriate packaging to help maintain product quality during the expected transit time.
Once an order has been handed over to UPS on time and according to the selected shipping service, Carnicery is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or circumstances outside of our control.
Because our products are perishable, delays in transit may result in products arriving thawed, spoiled, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption. If the order was shipped by Carnicery on time and the delay occurred while the package was in UPS's possession, Carnicery will not issue a refund or credit for the products or the shipping charges.
By placing an order that requires UPS shipping, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with carrier delays and agrees that Carnicery cannot be held financially responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If a package is delayed, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can assist with tracking the shipment and, when applicable, help with a claim with UPS.
