Passover Brisket recipe
Easy oven Brisket Recipe to enjoy this Passover:
BUY kosher for passover Brisket
ingredients:
-medium size brisket
-1 jar of apricot jam
-1/4 cup sweet red wine
-2 tbsp sweet paprika
-1 tbsp ground black pepper
-1 tsp salt
-6 minced garlic cloves
-2 onions peeled and cut in slices
Preheat oven at 350F.
place the meat in a baking dish, add all the ingredients. cover with foil and cook for 2 hours, remove from the oven, turn around the meat and cover again. cook for another hour and 30 min. Remove the foil and cook 20 more minutes.
Wait until is completely cool to slice it. heat again for serving.
