steak and kale salad

Recipe:

-1 perfectly grilled steak with salt and pepper

-handfull of kale, chopped

-1 avocado in slices 

-1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

-1 small sweet potato cut in pieces, baked

-chopped fresh cilantro

-1/2 cup blueberries 

Dressing:

-2 tablespoon mustard

-juice from 1 lemon

-1/4 cup oil

-salt and pepper to taste

-1 tsp garlic powder

Shake well! 

Assemble in a deep bowl, top it with the steak cut in slices, add dressing and enjoy!
