Meat Hamantashen

Ingredients:
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp all spice
- 2 tbs ketchup
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 4 tbs apricot jam
- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt to taste

Instructions:
Mix the meat with all the ingredients, measure one tbsp of filling, place in the middle of the dough, shape in a triangle shape, same as an hamantashen, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min.
