Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce
- Croutons (you can cut old bread into squares, sprinkle oil and garlic salt, and bake until toasted
- Grilled chicken in slices
-1 sliced red onion
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- Black pepper, paprika and a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice of half a lemon
- Chopped parsley or chives
Put everything in the blender and dress the salad.
