Goulash for passover Recipe

 

BUY GOULASH MEAT

4.5 lbs of stew meat

2 onions

3 garlic cloves

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 glass of red wine

4 tomatoes or tomato puree

50 gr of matsutake mashroom or any mushroom you like

Paprika

Pepper

Preparation:

  1. In a large pot, Sauté the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
  2. Add the meat, cook for half an hour,
  3. Pour the wine.
  4. Add the tomato and then the mushrooms (after soaking for half an hour, the soaking water is discarded).
  5. Cook for an hour and a half more over low heat.
  6. Finally put the seasonings.
