Goulash for passover Recipe
4.5 lbs of stew meat
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 glass of red wine
4 tomatoes or tomato puree
50 gr of matsutake mashroom or any mushroom you like
Paprika
Pepper
Preparation:
- In a large pot, Sauté the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
- Add the meat, cook for half an hour,
- Pour the wine.
- Add the tomato and then the mushrooms (after soaking for half an hour, the soaking water is discarded).
- Cook for an hour and a half more over low heat.
- Finally put the seasonings.
