Easy Stew recipe

Buy stew meat 

Ingredientes:

2 lbs stew meat

-2 large onion, chopped

-1 red bell pepper, chopped

-5 garlic cloves, minced

-1 peeled carrot, sliced

-2 tomatoes cut in cubes

-2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in small cubes

-1 large can of tomato sauce

-1/2 cup water

-1 tbsp paprika

-1 tbsp cumin

-1 tsp ground black pepper

-2 bay leaf

-salt to taste

In a large pot, on medium heat, add olive oil and sear the meat for a few minutes, remove and incorporate the vegetables in the same pot with more olive oil if need it. When the veggies are tender, add the tomato sauce and the meat. Season, cover the pot and let it cook in low fire for 2 hours, mixing constantly, in case its need it, add water.
