PASSOVER CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH SESAME SEEDS
Makes 8-12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 cup matzah meal OR GLUTEN FREE crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 2 chickens (1 - 1.5 Kg each) cut into 8 pieces
- 1/3 cup oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 F)
- Beat the eggs with water
- Combine the matzah meal with the salt, spices, and sesame seeds
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then coat with matzah meal mixture.
- Place the chicken pieces in a large baking try and spray them with the oil.
- Bake approximately 1 hour and a half.
