Mouthwatering French Roast recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 L French roast
- 1 large onion in slices
- 1 handful of oregano
- 1 handful of garlic powder
- sea salt to taste bay leaves
- 1 beer or use white wine if preparing for passover
-olive oil black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- potatoes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 300F.
- Place all the ingredients in a baking dish, cover with foil and cook for about 3 hrs or until is tender.
- Remove foil and bake 20 more minutes for grilling.
- Plate and enjoy!
