Slow cooked Lamb shoulder roast
3 lbs lamb shoulder roast from @koshercarnicery
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup soy sauce
Drizzle of olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
6 Peeled Carrots
2 large onions cut in halves
4 garlic cloves, minced
Preheat oven at 350F.
Place the lamb in a baking pan, make some cut along the surfside.
Season with all the spices, add the maple syrup and soy sauce, garnish with veggies, cover with foil and place in the oven. Cook for 5 hrs.
Let it chill 30’ before slicing it.
Serve with jasmin rice
