Ribeye Roast - Recipe
One piece of Ribeye roast 5-6 lbs. 🥩
Enough Coarse salt to cover all the bottom🧂
1 cup Mustard (whichever type you prefer)
Preparation:
- Cover a roasting pan with the salt, rest the piece of meat on it and spread it with the mustard.
- Cook at a high temperature for 1 hour.
- It can then be served cut into thin slices or saved for another time and served at room temperature.
