Mouthwatering Roasted Boneless Flanken with Chimichurri
Ingredients:
- 6 Lbs Boneless flanken
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup apple sider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp grounded black pepper
- 1 whole garlic cut in half
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- handful of cilantro, chopped
