Maude (Sephardic cholent)
There’s Nothing better than entering a jewish home every Friday and the entire place is filled with cholent aroma.
This time we prepare Maude, a delicious sephardic version of cholent.
You will need:
4 Lbs Flanken cut in pieces
12 large potatoes
4 tbsp Baharrat spice
1/4 cup oil
3 tbsp Salt
Cut potatoes in pieces, convine with oil and 1 tbsp salt, cook at 400F for about 30 minutes or until crispy.
