Maple syrup Sticky Meat
Easy sticky Maple syrup stir fry
-2 lbs stew meat
-1 cup maple syrup
-1 tbsp ginger powder
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1 tsp black pepper, grinded
-1 tsp salt
-chicken stock 1/4 cup
-1 tsp red pepper flakes
Mix the maple syrup with all the spices and chicken stock, set aside.
Spice the meat with salt and pepper. Avoid the smoke and Braise the meat in the air fryer for 20 min, transfer to a pot or pan, turn the heat to low fire, incorporate the sauce and cook covered for 30-40 min removing constantly.
