Maple and mustard baked Flanken ribs:

1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup red dry wine
1/4 cup mustard
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp paprika/ 1 cda paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger powder
Preheat oven at 300F.
Place the meat on a baking dish, add all the ingredients and cover with foil.
Bake for 3-4 hrs until tender.
