Juicy braised ribeye roast
Ingredients:
- Organic Ribeye Roast 100% GRASS FED 3.08 lb (leave outside for a few hours before cooking).
- 0.5 cup earth balance (vegan butter) room temperature. Has to be soft
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- 1tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1tbsp beef consume
- 5tsp of dry chipotle or cayenne
- 5 potato’s
- 1 sweet potato
- 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 2 heads of garlic
- 2 sticks of rosemary

Instructions:
In a bowl mix butter, mayonnaise and mustard with all the spices and create a paste. Smear generously on the meat and around the vegetables.
For medium cooked meat:
Put it in the oven 500 F for 15 min on roast then switch to 325 F for 40 minutes
(If you like well done add 15 minutes more)
Rest: Remove it from the oven Allow it to rest for 30 minutes before carving.
Carve prime rib roast by slicing against the grain into about ½ inch thick slices.
