Ghorme Sabzi
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of fresh cilantro and parsley chopped- 4 dry limes
- 2 lbs stew meat
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 large onion chopped 
- 3 garlic cloves diced
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric 
- salt and pepper to taste
- our personal touch
- 1 tbsp baharat 
- juice from one lemon
- 3 tbsp ghorme sabzi dried herbs
- water
Instructions:
- Add oil to the pan and sauté onion and garlic, add the meat, spices, fresh and dried herbs, add water and lemon juice, lastly add dry limes and beans.
- Cover and cook for 2 hours.
- Serve with rice.
