Easy mouthwatering baked flanken
5 lbs flanken
2 large onion cut in slices
1 red bell pepper cut into pieces
1 whole garlic cut in half
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp dry oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp dry parsley
Drizzle of olive oil
Place the veggies on the bottom of a baking dish, add the meat and season with all the spices.
Preheat oven at 350F.
Cook uncovered for 3 1/2-4 hrs.
Consider serving this with baked potatoes
