• Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
• 2 tablespoons good quality extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 handfuls of arugula (rocket)
• Optional: capers, shaved raw mushrooms, or thinly sliced radishes
• Optional: truffle oil or aioli drizzle for extra flavor

🔪 Instructions:
1. Arrange on a plate:
Lay the beef slices in a single layer on chilled plates. Let them come to room temperature for about 5–10 minutes before dressing.
2. Dress and garnish:
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Top with arugula, and any other garnishes you like.
