Chicken with rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 lbs chicken leg quarters
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp baharat
- 1 tbsp paprika
- salt and black pepper to taste, preferably freshly grinned
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves diced
- mini sweet peppers
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 375 F. Place all the ingredients in the baking dish, cover with foil and cook for 45 min, uncover and cook 20 more min until golden brown. .
