CHICKEN WINGS WITH SECRET SAUCE INSTAPOT
Ingredients:
Nonstick vegetable spray
For the Sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
-2 tablespoons canola oil
Or
- 1/2 cup barbacue sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Or
- 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola Oil
Fot the Wings
- 4 Pounds chicken wings, trimmed of fat, separated and tips discarded
Added Water: 1/2 cup of water
Preparation |
- Line a large baking sheet woth aluminum foil. - Spray with nonstick vegetable oil. Set aside. - Place teriyaki, barbacue, or hot sauce in a small bowl - Whisk in the canolea oil. Set aside - Place a trivet/rack in the EPC pot, then add the 1/2 cup Added Water - Place the wings on the rack - Lock the lid and close the pressure valve. Cook using manual high pressure mode for 10 minutes. Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes, then manually release the pressure. - Remove the wings from the EPC por and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the wings. - For super delicious caramelized, crispy wings, bril the wings for 7 minutes on each side using medium heat
