Baked Country style boneless flanken
Ingredients:
-3-4 lbs Boneless Flanken
-1 tbsp Kosher salt
-2 tbsp ground black pepper
-2 tbs cumin
-2 tsp chilli powder
-1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
-2 Tbsp garlic powder
-2 tsp onion powder
-1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
-2 cups barbecue sauce
-1/4 cup water
Preheat oven at 350F.
place the meat on a baking dish.
Convine all the ingredients and rub it in the meat.
Cover with foil and cook for 2 hours. Remove the foil and cook for one more hour.
*keep in mind, if you choose a larger meat size it will require more time for cooking.
