5 Bone flanken - Recipe

1 rack of 5 BoneĀ flanken š„©
3/4 cup white vinegarĀ
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp saltĀ š§
2 tbsp minced garlicĀ š§
Pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 300.
- In a hot skillet brown ribs on both sides.
- Then blend vinegar, oil, paprika, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper.
- Pour sauce on top of meat, cover tightly and bake in oven for 4-5 hours or until meat is falling off the bone.
- Sprinkle with cilantro if desired and serve.
