INGREDIENTS: BEEF; WATER; CORN STARCH; SALT; SPICES; SUGAR; PRAGUE POWDER (SALT, SODIUM NITRITE, PROPYLENE GLYCOL AND SODIUM BICARBONATE [AS PROCESSING AIDS], FD&C RED #3); GARLIC POWDER; SODIUM ERYTHORBATE. STUFFED IN A VEGETABLE CASING (CARRAGEENAN, GLYCERIN, WATER, RICE STARCH).
