🍲1 whole chicken in pieces without the skin
🍲3 medium potatoes peeled and cut in pieces
🍲1/2 squash cut in pieces
🍲1 large peeled onion
🍲2 carrots peeled and sliced
🍲1 handfull of chopped parsley and cilantro
🍲 2 tbsp of vegetable consomee
🍲salt and pepper
🍲1 zucchini and celery cut in pieces
Fill a large pot with hot water, add the chicken and the consomee,salt and pepper, cook for 10 min at medium heat, add the rest of the ingredients and Lower the heat, cook covered for 40 min.
