Juicy and aromatic Citrus chicken
BUY ORGANIC CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
-1 whole chicken
-1 handful of chopped parsley and cilantro
-4 minced garlic
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 tbs paprika
-1 tbs cumin
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup lemon/lime juice
-1/4 cup orange juice
-bay leaves
-2 tbs zahatar
mix all the ingredients and pour over the chicken, bake at 400 for one hour, then broil in high for a few seconds for a roast taste.
another option is cook it on the grill.
