• The Ultimate Okra Beef Pot

A rich and tangy Middle Eastern comfort dish featuring our signature grass-fed goulash beef and sweet-roasted okra. Perfectly spiced, melt-in-your-mouth goodness.

🛒 Ingredients:
• 500g  stew meat
• 300g okra (cleaned & roasted beforehand)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp beef tallow (for sautéing)
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
 •  1 can tomato chunks
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp allspice @peregnatural 
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp tamarind paste
• 1½ cups water

🔥 Instructions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic in beef tallow over medium heat until golden.
2. Add the goulash meat and brown evenly on all sides.
3. Stir in tomato paste, tomato chunks, allspice, black pepper, salt, honey, lemon juice, and tamarind paste.
4. Pour in water, bring to a gentle boil.
5. Add the roasted okra, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours until meat is fork-tender and sauce is rich and thick.
6. Adjust seasoning and serve hot over rice or with crusty bread.

✨ Tip: Roasting your okra in advance helps prevent sliminess and deepens flavor.
