Carnicery's signature Chimichurri!

Try all your grilled meats with our signature chimichurri!

1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

6 garlic cloves, minced

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1/2 cup oil

1 tbsp ground black pepper

1 tsp chilli flakes

1/6 cup white vinegar

1 tbsp salt

convine all the ingredients and serve with all your bbq.
