Ribeye Roast with coffee Rub
-3-4 lbs Ribeye Roast
RUB RECIPE:
- 1 tablespoon Coffee Grounds
- 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 tablespoons Coarse Salt
- 2 tablespoons Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne
Instructions:
Cover the meat with 2 tbsp of vegan butter, drizzle the rub and add some herbs.
Bake in high for 500 F until golden brown, then lower the temperature to 250 F and cook for 2 hrs.
Remove from the oven. Let it set at least 30’ before slicing it.
