🍲 1 whole chicken cut in pieces 🍲 3 potatoes 🍲 1/2 squash 🍲 1 large onion 🍲 2 carrots 🍲 A handful of parsley and cilantro 🍲 1 cube of vegetable broth 🍲 Salt and pepper 🍲 1 zucchini (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a large pot with hot water, add the chicken and the soup cube, cook over medium heat, peel and cut in cubes all the vegetables, add to the soup, season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat and cook half covered for an hour.
