Korean Beef
Try this Korean beef recipe, shmuel’s approved 🙌🏻
Ingredients:
- 4 lbs boneless flanken
- 2 diced garlic cloves
-1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chilli paste (optional)
Instructions:
Place the meat in a baking dish, rub the meat with all the ingredients, cover with foil and cook for 2-3 hrs at preheated oven at 350• F.
Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
