Glazed Lamb shoulder roast
3 lbs lamb shoulder roast
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup wine
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
2-3 fresh rosemary strings
8 garlic cloves cut in slices
Drizzle of olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven at 325F.
Place the meat on a baking dish and add all the ingredients over it, massage well to infuse the flavor.
Cover with foil and cook for 2 hours.
Remove from the oven, uncover, hidrate with the sauce from it and cook for 30 more minutes.
Let it chill for 1/2 hour.
Remove the net and slice.
Serve with rice, roasted vegetables or salad to balance!
