DUBAI SCHNITZELS
Yes… another recipe from Dubai lol
But once you taste them, you’ll get it. Crispy, golden, and with that luxury crunch only kadaif and pistachios can bring.
Ingredients
• 2 packs of butcher’s schnitzels (beef or chicken)
• About 8 eggs
• 1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Bread crumbs
• Chopped kadaif (shredded filo pastry)
• Chopped pistachios
• Oil for frying
• Lemon and ketchup for serving

Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, chopped kadaif, and pistachios.
3. Dip each schnitzel first in the egg mixture, then coat well with the crunchy mix.
4. Fry in hot oil for a few seconds on each side, until golden brown.
5. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
6. Serve with lemon and ketchup (or whatever you love most!).
