Brisket with honey mustard and Caramelized onions
Ingredients:
- 3-4 lbs @koshercarnicery brisket
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup honey
- drizzle of olive oil
- 4 onions cut in slides
- 3 diced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 300º F.Cover the bottom of the roasting pan with onions and garlic, then place the brisket on top.
Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour it over the meat.
Cover with foil and cook for 2 hours.
Remove, turn around meat and cover again, put it back in the oven and cook for 1 more hour.
Remove foil and cook for 15’ more.
Let it chill and slice.
Decorate with the caramelized onions.
