Beef milanesas



-3-4 eggs
-3/4 cup flour or cornstarch
-3 cups breadcrumbs
-1 tbs salt
-chopped parsley
-2 garlic minced
-2 L milanesa 

Prepare a large plate with paper towel.
Preheat a large pan with lots of oil over medium heat ( you can use the air fryer but we can’t assure you authentic results).

In 3 separate bowls, add flour to one, beaten eggs with garlic, salt and parsley to another and breadcrumbs to the third.

One by one, dip each fillet into the flour, making sure its fully coated, then into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb. Really pat in the breadcrumb to make sure it sticks to the fillets.

When the oil is hot, fry the milanesas in batches for 3 min on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towel plate and serve with chimichurri, lemon, ketchup or mayo.
